Guest Services

We have a Guest Services team, led by Jennifer Devens, to assist at both the Hotel Indigo and the Los Angeles Convention Center.

At the Hotel Indigo, Guest Services is The Lobby and is your location for credential pick-up, welcome gifts and general information on:

Tuesday, January 17th: Noon – 8:30pm
Wednesday, January 18th: 6am – 10:30am
Thursday, January 19th: 6am – 10am

At Los Angeles Convention Center, Guest Services is in The Entry and is your location for coat and baggage check as needed and general information during T.H.E. Future hours.
